Notice to Landowners and Contractors
When building fence along county roads please leave room for ditches and maintaining our roads.
There are some Kentucky Revised Statutes on this matter. If anyone would like a copy of them please contact the County Judges office at 859-289-3725.
Most roads have a 15 foot right of way from the center of the road. If in doubt, before you build please contact us at the above number. We will be glad to help.
