C-NCEDA News and Updates
The Carlisle-Nicholas County Economic Development Authority received agrant in 2012 from the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors (LBAR). This LBAR grant for $2,000 will be used to help promote Nicholas County and allow our community to continue to grow.

Economic Development Authority
The Carlisle-Nicholas CountyEconomic Development Authority was created to aid in the acquisition, retention and development of land for industrial and commercial purposes in Nicholas County; to aid in the development and promotion of industrial sites, parks and subdivisions for accommodating industrial and commercial needs; to promote and stimulate the acquisition, retention and development of land for industrial and commercial purposes in Nicholas County by other local development organizations both public and private.
At present, we arefocused on our downtown and industrial incubator facility located at 2447 Concrete Road. We offer local incentives,flex-facility configurations, and a strong partnership with the Maysville Community and Technical College to meet your workforce needs.We also have available land and programs available to assist existing Nicholas County businesses and those interested in investing in our community. We are committedto growing opportunities in Carlisle and Nicholas County so please be in touch if we can help. We are here to serve you.
