The Nicholas County Government consists of the Nicholas County Fiscal Court, numerous departments, boards and services to improve the lives of the people of Nicholas County.
The County Government is supported by various agencies who handle the legal requirements of obtaining drivers licenses, registering vehicles, and providing for enforcement of State and County Laws, as well as, prosecuting those who violate those laws. There are also numerous agencies who support the needs of our citizens.
We are continually working on improving, updating and expanding information available to the Citizens of Nicholas County on this website. You are welcome to make your recommendations known to me.
